Privacy Notice

Utah CPA Security is run by ODIN Computer Technology, Inc., Springville, Utah. Revised November 2026.

The short version

We collect only what we need to run the security check and follow up on the choices you make. We do not sell your information. We do not run ads.

What we collect

• If you only browse: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as your IP address and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and does not follow you across other sites.
• If you tap a Call us button or start the security check: we run Cloudflare Turnstile, a bot check, at that moment. It confirms a real visitor is present. We do not use it for ads.
• If you click Accept on the analytics notice: we load Google Analytics on this site, and Microsoft Clarity on the home page only. They show us which pages get used and where visitors get stuck. Clarity records page interactions and masks form fields. Click No thanks and neither one loads. We also treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as No thanks.
• If you take the security check: your answers and score are used to produce your grade and report. If you fill in the intake form, we receive your name, firm, and contact details along with your results.
• If you book a call: the booking is handled by our scheduling and client management system, which stores your name, email, and the time you pick.

Email and contact

We send you only what you explicitly choose. Nothing is preselected. If you ask for your report by email, that is the email you get unless you also opt in to more.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your information.
• We do not use your answers to advertise to you.
• We do not share your results with anyone other than the service providers that help us run the site, send email, and schedule calls.

Delete or correct your information

Ask and we will delete it, wherever you live. Call the office (show the number) or reply to any email we have sent you, and tell us what to remove.

To protect your information, we first confirm that the request comes from you, for example by calling back the number or replying to the email address we have on file. We finish deletions within 30 days and confirm with you when it is done. We delete what you ask us to delete, and nothing more.

Your analytics choice

Your choice is saved only on your device. To change it, use the Analytics choice link at the bottom of any page.

Changes

If this notice changes, the revised date at the top changes with it.
